Ingredients:
1 Quart Jar of Golds Borsch (or any other brand)
1 Quart Buttermilk
5 Radishes, julienned
1 Cucumber, julienned
3 Scallions, diced
Dill, diced
3 Eggs, hard boiled, cut in small cubes
Preparation:
In a medium size pot mix Golds Borsch and buttermilk. Add all t vegetables and cut eggs. Mix again. Chill in the refrigerator of few hours, the colder the better.
